Náplní bakalářské práce je strategická analýza restaurace Helmahof. Cílem je zhodnotit současnou situaci podniku a jeho okolí a pokusit se nastínit možnost dalšího rozvoje. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části a to část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se věnuji metodám a pojmům, které jsou následně využity pro část praktickou. Jedná se o vymezení pojmu strategie, analýza okolí a vnitřního prostředí, následné syntézy a specifikům rodinných firem. Praktická část představuje aplikaci teorie dle dostupných informací a dat. Jedná se o aplikaci metody PEST, Porterův model, finanční analýzy a SWOT analýzy. Následně se věnuji vlastnímu doporučení do budoucna a v závěru bakalářské práce uvádím svá zjištění. This bachelor thesis is a strategic analysis of Helmahof restaurant. The aim is to assess current situation of the business and its external environment and suggest a possibility of a future growth. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and applied. In theoretical part I discuss methods and concepts that are subsequently applied in the second part. Main concepts are strategy, analysis of external and internal environment, synthesis and specifications of family-owned businesses. The second part is an application of the theory on the data available. It consists of PEST method, Porter´s analysis, financial and SWOT analyses. Subsequently, I mention my future recommendations and finally, I present my findings.
