Tato diplomová práce porovnává organizační struktury vybraných vysokých škol v České republice, ve Slovenské republice a ve Francii. Cílem této analýzy je zjistit, zda jsou organizační struktury vysokých škol v porovnávaných zemích srovnatelné, nebo zda se naopak liší, a zda nedochází k případné neefektivnosti v řízení těchto škol. V úvodu se práce zaměřuje na systémy a financování vysokoškolského vzdělávání ve vybraných zemích. Pomocí výročních zpráv vysokých škol následuje samotná komparace organizačních struktur a vyvození závěrů v souvislosti s efektivností řízení těchto škol. This diploma thesis compares organizational structures of selected universities in the Czech Republic, in the Slovak Republic and in France. The aim of this analysis is to determine whether the organizational structures of sampled universities are comparable or not, and whether there are inefficiencies in the management of these universities. The first part describes systems and funding of higher education in the selected countries. The second part is focused on comparison of the organizational structures using annual reports of the universities. The second part of this thesis also concludes and summarizes the outcomes of the analysis and determines the management effectiveness of selected universities.
