Hlavním tématem mé bakalářské práce je společnost s názvem OOO Firma OOO OOO PROTON. Hlavním cílem mé diplomové je určit a analyzovat proces organizace jako funkce řízení v tržním prostředí. Jako příklad je vzat společnosti Proton, být přesnější jeho pole působnosti s cílem zlepšit proces organizace. Firma PROTON je jednou z prvních firem zabývajících se přesídlení jednotlivých zemí domů, jmenovitě služby nezbytné pro život plynem, vodou a atd V roce tam bylo rozhodnuto spojit několik společností pod jednu Comfort segmentu značky. Bakalářská Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. V první části jsou uvedeny zdroje, místo a role v systému řízení. Druhá část charakterizuje firmu a její ekonomickou činnost. Poslední část zahrnuje jak zlepšit proces organizace a vyhlídky společnosti The main subject of my bachelor work is the company named OOO Company PROTON. Main aim of my diploma is to determine and analyze the process of organization as a function of management in market environment. As an example is taken Company PROTON being more precise its field of activity to improve the process of organization. OOO Company PROTON is one of the first companies dealing with resettlement of country houses, namely services necessary for living gas, water supply and etc In there was made a decision to unite several companies under one brand Comfort segment. The bachelor diploma is divided on three main parts. In the first part are mentioned sources, place and role in the management system. The second part characterizes company and its economical activity. The last part includes how to improve the process of organization and the companies prospects.
