Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá prieskumami spokojnosti a angažovanosti zamestnancov a ich dôležitosťou vo firmách a súvislosťou s motiváciou pracovníkov. Ako konkrétny príklad opisuje fungovanie tohto prieskumu vo firme DHL IT Services v Prahe. Cieľom tejto práce je poukázať na dôležitosť uskutočňovania prieskumov spokojnosti v spoločnostiach v rámci dopadu spokojnosti pracovníkov na ich motiváciu a výkonnosť ako aj na celkové výsledky firmy. Cieľom je tiež pomocou vlastného dotazníkového šetrenia vo firme DHL IT Services v Prahe zistiť účinnosť prieskumu spokojnosti a na základe výsledkov tohto šetrenia a vlastnej analýzy navrhnúť zmeny na zlepšenie fungovania tohto konkrétneho prieskumu. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá průzkumy spokojenosti a angažovanosti zaměstnanců a jejich důležitostí ve firmách a souvislostí s motivací pracovníků. Jako konkrétní příklad popisuje fungování tohoto průzkumu ve firmě DHL IT Services v Praze. Cílem této práce je poukázat na důležitost provádění průzkumů spokojenosti ve společnostech v rámci dopadu spokojenosti pracovníků na jejich motivaci a výkonnost jakož i na celkové výsledky firmy. Cílem je také pomocí vlastního dotazníkového šetření ve firmě DHL IT Services v Praze zjistit účinnost průzkumu spokojenosti a na základě výsledků tohoto šetření a vlastní analýzy navrhnout změny ke zlepšení fungování tohoto konkrétního průzkumu. This diploma thesis deals with employee satisfaction and engagement surveys and their importance in companies with the relation to employee motivation. It describes how this kind of a survey works in the company DHL IT Services in Prague as a specific example. The goal of this thesis is to show the importance of conducting employee satisfaction surveys in companies within the impact of the satisfaction of employees on their motivation and performance as well as the overall results of the company. The aim is also to find out the effectiveness of the satisfaction survey in DHL IT Services in Prague and provide recommendations for improving this specific survey based on the results of own research and analysis in this company.
