Cílem této diplomové práce je ocenit podnik ESTCOM CZ oxidová keramika a.s. za účelem prodeje podniku obecnému zájemci na trhu, cílem je tedy nalezení tržní hodnoty oceňovaného podniku k 31. prosinci 2014. První část práce je teoretická a jsou v ní shrnuty v současné době platné teoretické poznatky uznávané odbornou veřejností. Následuje praktická část, jejíž podrobnější členění je následující po úvodních informacích následuje finanční analýza oceňovaného podniku a dále pak strategická analýza, jejich logickým vyústěním je potom část generátorů hodnoty a finančního plánu, na které navazuje samotné ocenění. To je provedeno ve dvou metodách. Jednak ve velmi dobře známé metodě DCF entity a jako druhá metoda je použita metoda kapitalizovaných čistých výnosů ve variantě paušální. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate enterprise ESTCOM CZ oxide ceramics Inc. for the purpose of sale to the general candidates on the market. The goal is to find the market value on December 31, 2014. The first part is theoretical and it summarizes the currently valid theoretical knowledge of recognized experts. T he second part is the practical part. It consists of financial and strategic analysis, followed by a chapter of value drivers and a financial plan. The financial plan was drawn up for the years 2015 2019. At the end of the thesis is company valued using discounted cash flow method discounted cash flow method and the capitalized earnings method.
