Diplomová práce obsahuje 2 hlavní části. V úvodní části jsou popsány cíle projektu a metodika sloužící pro sestavení podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část obsahuje základní informace o podniku. Byla provedena PEST analýza, Porterova analýza pěti sil, marketingový průzkum, SWOT analýza. Práce je zakončena zhodnocením míry splnění očekávaných cílů. This thesis titled contains two main parts. In the first part the project goals and theoretical methodology used to compile a business plan is described. The practical aplication part contains basic information about the company. PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, marketing research, SWOT analysis was conducted. Finally, the degree of fulfillment of the expected goals is evaluated.
