Cílem této bakalářské práce je nastínit možnosti a způsoby regulace reklamy tabáko-vých výrobků a zhodnotit efektivnost těchto způsobů. První částí bakalářské práce je část teoretická, která kromě základních definic, historického vývoje reklamy, právního vývoje regulace reklamy v Evropské unii i České republice, popisuje možné způsoby regulace. V souvislosti s právním vývojem reklamy bude poukázáno na nedostatky re-gulace. Druhou částí práce je část praktická, kde budou zhodnocena sekundární data. Hlavními poklady práce budou mezinárodní studie a výzkumy, zkoumající efektivnost regulace. Výstupem bude porovnání velikosti spotřeby tabákových výrobků v jednotlivých zemích. V úvodu práce definuji základní pojmy reklama a regulace reklamy, a způsoby jakými lze reklamu regulovat. Následně se ohlédnu do historie a nastíním vývoj reklamy, regu-laci tabákových výrobků a především důvody, proč vznikla potřeba regulace. Praktic-ká část bude zkoumat efektivnost regulace, to je snížení spotřeby tabákových výrobků. Závěrem práce se budu snažit o zhodnocení vlivu regulace tabákové reklamy. The main aim of this theses is to outline the possibilities and ways of tobacco marketing regulation products and assess the effectiveness of these methods. The first part of the thesis is a theoretical part, which in addition to the basic definitions, history of advertising, advertising regulation of legal process in the European Union and the Czech Republic, describes possible methods of regulation. In this context with legal process will be pointed to the shortcomings of regulation. The second part is the practical part, which will be evaluated by secondary data. The main works are treasures of international studies and research investigating the effectiveness of regulation. The outcome will be a comparison of the consumption of tobacco products in different countries. In the introduction I define the basic notions of advertising and advertising regulations, and the ways in which advertising can be regulated. Subsequently look back into history and outline the evolution of advertising, regulation of tobacco products, and especially the reasons why there was a need of regulation. Praktical section will examine the efficiency of the regulation, that is to reduce the consumption of tobacco products. In conclusion, I will try to evaluate the impact of regulation on tobacco advertising.
