[slo][cze][eng] Táto práca sa zaoberá požiadavkami podnikov na absolventov so zameraním na programovanie a zároveň vedomosťami, ktoré získa štúdiom na vysokej škole. Pre školy je táto práca dôležitá z dôvodu, že popisuje trend, podľa ktorého profil absolventa zaostáva za požiadavkami trhu práce. Vďaka kombinácií získaných vedomostí absolventa a požiadavkami podnikov prináša ucelený pohľad na slabé stránky vysokoškolskej výučby. Cieľom tejto práce je popísať profil absolventa, požiadavky podnikov z historického a súčasného hľadiska, poukázať na to v čom sa daný profil líši od požiadaviek a navrhnúť riešenia problémov. Na naplnenie tohto cieľu boli použité najmä historické dáta z prieskumov, ktoré vypracovali odborníci z Vysokej školy ekonomickej v Prahe a vlastná dotazníková anketa, v ktorej sa mohli k daným problémom vyjadriť odborníci z praxe. Na základe týchto prieskumov bolo zistené, že profil získaný vzdelaním sa do značnej miery líši od požadovaného profilu, ďalej boli popísané rôzne problémy výučby a navrhnuté riešenia.Táto práce se zaobírá požadavky podniků na absolventy se zaměřením na programováni a zároveň vědomostmi, které získají studiem na vysoké škole. Pro školy je táto práce důležitá z důvodu že popisuje trend, podle kterého profil absolventa zaostává za požadavky trhu práce. Díky kombinaci získaných vědomostí absolventa a požadavky podniků, přináší ucelený pohled na slabé stránky vysokoškolské výučby. Cílem této práce je popsat profil absolventa, požadavky podniků a to jak z historického, tak ze současného hlediska, poukázat na to v čem se daný profil liší od požadavků a navrhnout řešení problémů. Na naplnění tohoto cíle byly využité hlavně historické data z průzkumů, které vypracovali odborníci z Vysoké školy Ekonomické v Praze a vlastní dotazníková anketa, ve které se mohli k daným problémům vyjádřit odborníci z praxe. Na základě těchto průzkumů, bylo zjištěno, že profil získaný vzděláním se do značné míry liší od požadovaného profilu, dále byli popsané různé problémy výuky a navržené řešení.This thesis is focused on the requirements of the IT companies on the graduated students with the major field programing and their knowledge gained at the university. The importance for the universities is in the focus on the trend according which the profile of school leavers falls behind the labor market. This thesis brings the complete view on the weak side of university education thanks to the combination of the gained knowledge and requirements of the companies. The target of this thesis is to describe the profile of the graduated student, requirements of the IT companies from the historical and present point of view, point out the differences between these two approached, and suggest the possible solution of this problem. To reach this aim there were used the historical data from the researches which were worked out by the experts from the University of Economics in Prague and my own question-naires in which the experts from IT companies could express their opinions to the specified problems. On the basis of these researches there were identified that the profile of the graduated student gained at the university differ from the required profile of the labor market. The conclusion of this thesis is aiming on the description of the problems in education and the possible solution to the future.
