Cílem této práce je nalezení vhodných softwarových nástrojů pro podporu promotérských agentur. V mé práci se zaměřím nejprve na vyhledání relevantních zdrojů, následně provedu analýzu prostředí, ve které vysvětlím, co je pro tento obor podnikání charakteristické a s čím se potýká. V další části se budu věnovat analýze procesů a informační potřebě dle metodiky MMABP. Pomocí metodiky MMDIS následně získám skrze kombinaci různých pohledů IT potřeby agentury a v závěrečné části mé práce provedu průzkum a zhodnocení současného stavu IT trhu pro oblast promotérských agentur v oblasti komplexních a samostatných modulů podnikových systémů. Předpokládám, že výsledky mé práce pomohou především majitelům a vedoucím pracovníkům promotérských agentur, případně dalším odvětvím byznysu, které se potýkají se stejnými problémy, a tudíž mají velmi podobné klíčové procesy. Výsledky mé práce by mohly zaujmout také vývojáře, kteří díky lepšímu pochopení tohoto typu podnikání mohou navrhnout software na míru, který zatím vlastníci agentur postrádají, či lepší obdobu současného řešení. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find suitable software tools which can support the promotional agency industry. In my work I will first focus on finding relevant resources and then on environmental analysis in which I will explain what is characteristic for this branch of business and what it faces. The second part is devoted to analysis of processes and information needs by MMABP methodology. Then I get different views to IT needs of agency using MMDIS methodology and the last part of my work focuses on surveying the state of current IT market of complex and separate modules of business systems satisfying needs of promotional agency. I believe the outcome of my work can help especially the owners and the executives of promotional agencies, or other business branches which face similar issues and therefore use similar key processes. Furthermore, my findings may interest developers, who could use the information in order to develop new or improved software the current agency owners often lack.
