Cílem této práce je identifikovat stav metodické podpory pro vyhodnocení přístupnosti mobilního webu a praktické vyhodnocení přístupnosti mobilního webu vybraných organizací veřejné správy. Práce představuje nalezené metodiky vztahující se k~přístupnosti webu na mobilních zařízeních a ukazuje stav oblasti. Poznatky jsou dále použity pro vybrání správné metody praktického testování, a tak je aplikována na dvě webové prezentace obcí. Výsledek je, že obě porušují pravidla pro přístupnost mobilního webu. Přínosem práce je zmapování současného stavu metodik a ukázání testu mobilního webu, který může být použit pro další testování. The aim of this work is to identify the status of methodological support for the evaluation of the accessibility of the mobile web and practical evaluation of the accessibility of the mobile websites of selected public sector organizations. Paper shows findings of a methodology relating to the web accessibility on mobile devices and shows the status of the domain. The findings are then used to select the correct method for practical testing. The method is applied to the two websites. The result is that both violates the rules of the accessible mobile Web. The added value of this work is mapping the current state of methodologies and showing practical tests of mobile website, which can be used for evaluating other websites.
