Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku pracovní motivace zaměstnanců ve dvou vybraných společnostech. Cílem práce je analýza a vyhodnocení současné situace motivačního systému zaměstnanců jazykových škol a nalezení možných doporučení, která by mohla přispět ke zlepšení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení pojmu motivace s důrazem na motivaci pracovního jednání a dalších základních poznatků s tím souvisejících. V praktické části jsou popsány cíle výzkumu, zvolená metodologie šetření, analýza a následné vyhodnocení. Data byla získána pomocí dotazníkového šetření, jehož součástí bylo několik okruhů otázek týkajících se vnitrofiremní komunikace a vztahů, kariérního rozvoje, zaměstnanecké angažovanosti či náplně práce. My bachelor thesis is focused on problems of the working motivation of employees in two selected companies. The aim of the work is to analyze and evaluate the current situation of motivational system of language school's employees and to find potential recommendations which could help. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part devotes to defining the term motivation with emphasis on motivation of working behaviour and other basic related knowledge. In practical part, there is description of the research's aims, chosen method, analysis and evaluation. Data were acquired by questionnaire which included several circuits of questions regarding inside communication and relationships, career progression, employee engagement or job description.
