Tato práce se zabývá smlouvou o kontrolní činnosti, její právní úpravou a využitím v zahraničním obchodě. Hlavním cílem této práce je poskytnout ucelený přehled české právní úpravy smlouvy o kontrolní činnosti. Dále jsem se zaměřila na nejpodstatnější změny v soukromém právu po rekodifikaci, a to konkrétně v oblasti závazkových vztahů. Práce vyzdvihuje využití kontroly a její postavení v zahraničním obchodě. V práci je také vysvětlení pojmu kontroly a její funkce. Práce je rozdělena na úvod, jednotlivé kapitoly a podkapitoly a závěr This thesis deals with the Contract on inspection, its legal regulation and its application in international trade. The main objective of this thesis is to provide a complex overview of the czech legal regulativ. I focused on the most significant changes in private law after the recodification , specifically in the field of contractual obligation.of the parties.This thesis emphasizes the usage of control and its position in international trade. In the thesis, you can find the explanation of the control and its function. Thesis is divided into an introduction, chapters, sub chapters and conclusion.
