Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pohybové aktivity u žen v seniorském věku. Konkrétně zjišťuje, jaký vliv na ženy má cvičení na regeneračních stolech. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a výzkumné. V teoretické části vysvětluje termíny stířá a senior a zybývá se dále vlivem fyziologických i patologických jevů na zdraví a pohyb seniorů. Výzkum byl použit kvalitativní a to metodou polostruktorovaného rozhovoru. Cílem práce je zjistit spokojenost a efektivnost cvičení na regeneračních stolech. This bachelor's work deal with the problem of physical aktivity for women in senior age. Specifically the work investigates the impal of exercise on regenerative tables for the women . The work is dividend into two parts - theoretical part and research. In the theoretical part is explained the terms of "age" and "senior" and discusses further the influence of physiological and pathological effects on health and the movement of seniors. The research was used qualitative with semistructured interview method. The aim of work is to find out the satisfaction of seniors and effectiveness of exercise on regenerative tables.
