Bakalářská práce na téma Aplikace Nordic Walkingu a kompenzačních cvičení u seniorů a jejich vliv na zdraví se zaměřuje na změny tělesné zdatnosti a tělesné stavby během dvanáctitýdenního tréninkového cyklu. Teoretická část se zabývá Nordic Walkingem a jeho technikou a dále jeho vlivem a účinky na zdraví. Dále charakterizuje vliv pohybových aktivit na organismus, stárnutí a změny s ním spojené a také se zaměřuje na kompenzační cvičení. Praktická část se zabývá charakteristikou výzkumného souboru, použitými metodami, intervenčním pohybovým programem a celkovými výsledky zjištěné za pomocí vstupního a výstupního měření. Bachelor thesis on "Use of Nordic Walking and compensation exercises for seniors and its impact on health" focuses on changes of physical fitness and body building during the twelve-week´s training cycle. Theoretical part deals with Nordic Walking and its technique and its influence and health effects. It also describes impact of physical activities on organism, aging and changes that are connected with it. Bachelor thesis is also focused on the compensation exercises. Practical part deals with characteristics of the research sample, methods used, interventional motion program and also overall results, which were found out through the input and output measurement.
