Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou prevence vzniku sociálně patologických jevů v zaměstnaneckých vztazích. V první části práce jsou definovány základní formy patologického chování mobbing, bossing, staffing. Práce dále uvádí, jaké jsou příčiny vzniku a strategie těchto patologických jevů a důsledky na více úrovních osobní a ekonomické. V teoretické části této práce jsou také zahrnuty různé formy prevence, které jsou prováděny ze strany firem, aby nedošlo k výskytu sociálně patologických jevů. Praktická část práce se věnuje analýze účinnosti prevence u konkrétního podniku. Data jsou získána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s manažerem firmy a prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky průzkumu zjišťují, že prevence společnosti je efektivní. Na závěr jsou navržena opatření k vylepšení současného stavu prevence. Návrhy změn se týkají způsobu odměňování a hodnocení, zvýšení povědomí o existenci mobbingu mezi zaměstnanci a zavedení pravidelných firemních sezení, která se zabývají pracovním prostředím. This bachelor thesis deals with the problems concerning the prevention of social pathologies in employment relations. The first part defines the key forms of pathological behaviour mobbing, bossing, staffing. The thesis then shows the causes and strategies of these pathological phenomena and the consequences of mobbing on several levels personal and economic. Different forms of prevention used by companies in order to avoid these social pathologies are shown in the theoretical part of this thesis. The practical part focuses on an analysis of the effectiveness of prevention in a specific company. Data are obtained through half-structured interview with the manager of the company and through the questionnaires. The survey results find that prevention in the company is effective. The conclusion suggests the measures of how to improve current state of prevention. Proposals for changes concern - the method of remuneration and assessment, raising awareness of the existence of mobbing among employees, and the establishment of regular company meetings that deal with working environment.
