Tato Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vývoj počtu cizinců na trhu práce v kontextu celé České republiky a Jihočeského kraje. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda zaměstnávání cizinců má pozitivní nebo negativní dopad na českou ekonomiku. Práce se skládá ze dvou čátí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část zahrnuje literární rešerši na témata trh práce, migrace, imigrační politika České republiky a Evropské unie. Dále se věnuje podmínkám vstupu a pobytu cizinců na území ČR a zaměstnávání cizí pracovní síly. Praktická část je analýzou informací získaných ze statistik a prostřednictvím konzultace s EURES poradcem. Výsledky jsou prezentovány v tabulkách a grafech, vytvořených programem Excel. This bachelor thesis focuses on a progress of the number foreigners in the Czech labour market in the context of the whole Czech republic and in the region of South Bohemia. The aim of the thesis is to find whether the employment of foreigners has a positive or negative influence on the Czech economy. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part includes a literature search on the topic labour market, migration, EU and Czech immigration policy. Next topics are the conditions for entry and stay of foreigners in the Czech territory and terms for employment of foreign work force. The practical part analysis information taken from the statistics and EURES consultant. The results are presented in tables and graphs created in software Excel.
