Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané organizaci a na následné navržení případných změn. Teoretická část této práce se zabývá objasněním základních pojmů, které souvisejí se zadaným tématem. V praktické části byl proveden popis a charakteristika vybraného podniku včetně popisu stávajícího systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření byla zkoumána zejména spokojenost zaměstnanců se zaměstnaneckými benefity. Dané šetření přispělo ke zjištění pozitiv a nedostatků současného systému poskytování zaměstnaneckých výhod a k navržení případných změn. This thesis is focused on the analysis of employee benefits and proposes the possible changes in the selected organization. The theoretical part of this thesis explains the basic concepts that are closely related to the given issues. The characteristics of the company and the description of the current system of providing employee benefits are described in the introduction of practical part. The analysis was conducted by means of a questionnaire survey. A questionnaire survey examines the influence of employee benefits to the employees of the organization and employee satisfation. In conclusion, there are recommended options to increase the efficiency of the current system of providing employee benefits and purpose of possible changes.
