Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na řízení lidských zdrojů, s bližším zaměřením na jadernou elektrárnu. Práce teoreticky popisuje hlavní modely a cíle řízení lidských zdrojů. Prakticky se práce zaměřuje na popis činností spojených s řízením lidských zdrojů v praxi. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření je zjišťován postoj zaměstnanců ke vzdělávání v dané firmě a následně jsou navrženy možná zlepšení v oblasti vzdělávání. This Bachelor thesis investigates particularities in human resource management in the nuclear power plant. The goal of this work is to describe basic models of human resource management and their use in practise including models of human resource management that are used in the monitored nuclear power plant. This work contains options how to manage people, recruitment and education or remuneration of employees. The paper deals with human resource management in the specific nuclear power plant. This paper finds satisfaction of employees with the help of a questionnaire survey. This work detects possible improvements in education of employees.
