Tato práce se zaměřuje na analýzu personálního řízení ve vybraném podniku. Pro tuto práci jsem si vybrala společnost Meta, ve které jsem absolvovala stáž a v současné době v ní pracuji. Literární rešerše je založena na studiu odborné literatury, z které vychází praktická část. Po analýze současného stavu byl sestaven dotazník, pomocí něhož jsem zjistila nedostatky a následně navrhla řešení. Jako řešení, navrhuji zavést benefity jako stravenky, jazykové kurzy a příspěvky na masáže a také zlepšit firemní komunikaci. Vše je podloženo finanční analýzou. This thesis focuses on the analysis of personnel management in the selected company. For this work I chose the company Meta, in which I performed an internship and currently I am working in it. Based on the study of the literature it was treated literary research. From the literature review is based on the practical part. An analysis of the current state and I was compiled questionnaire. The questionnaire I found shortcomings and then I propose a solution. As a solution, I propose to introduce benefits such as meal vouchers, language courses and contributions to massage and improve corporate communications. Everything is supported by financial analysis.
