Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na prozkoumání stupně motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku. Prostřednictvím vhodné metodiky analyzuje, zda zaměstnanci motivační program vnímají, jak na ně působí a zda existují nějaké nedostatky. Pro tuto skutečnost je v závěru této práce navrženo několik možností, jak by se dala situace v podniku vylepšit. This thesis aims to explore the degree of motivation and stimulation of employees in the selected company . Through appropriate methodology analyzes whether the employee incentive program is perceived , how they operate and whether there are any gaps . For this is the conclusion of this work suggested several options for how the situation could be improved in the company
