Cílem bakalářské práce je optimalizace dodavatelského řetězce z hlediska reverzního toku obalů. Bakalářská práce poskytuje informace o sledované společnosti, o systémech mezi ní a jejími zákazníky. Zároveň podává přehled o pohybech zákaznických a dodavatelských obalů. Součástí je popis kritických faktorů ve společnosti a následné návrhy jejich řešení. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to optimize the supply chain in terms of reversing the flow of packaging. The bachelor thesis provides some information about the subject company, the systems between the company and customers. At the same time provides an overview of the movements of the customer and vendor packaging. There is also included a description of the critical factors in the company and subsequent proposals for their solution.
