Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje úspěšnost dosavadní strategie vybrané obchodní korporace, zabývající se výrobou prostředků osobní hygieny. Strategií se rozumí vize a cíle podniku, dále pak analýza vnitřního a vnějšího okolí podniku. Na základě zjištěných informací se posuzuje úspěšnost strategie. Východiskem je také případný návrhy změny strategie podle měnících se podmínek vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí korporace. This bachelor thesis analyses the success of an existing strategy of a chosen business corporation, which deals with the production of personal hygiene products. Strategy means the visions and goals of the corporation, as well as the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company. The strategy effectiveness is assessed on the basic of the identified information. The outcome of the thesis is also a potential proposal of the strategy transformation according to the transition of the internal and external environment of the corporation.
