Cílem práce je zhodnotit současný systém motivace pracovníků ve vybraném podniku, následně navrhnout změny a doporučení na zlepšení řízení v této oblasti. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se motivace a zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu podniku, kde jsou následně navrženy doporučení, které by měly odstranit chyby, kterých se management organizace na svých zaměstnancích dopouští. Účelem změn by měla být propracovanější a dlouhodobější motivace pracovníků. The aim of this work is to analyse the current system of motivation of employees in the chosen company following suggestions of changes and recommendations for improving management in this area. The theoretical part contents basic ideas of motivation and employee benefits. The practical part is based on an analysis of the company. The purpose of changes should be a more sophisticated and long-term motivation of employees. Proposals for better solutions in the field of employee motivation should eliminate mistakes of managers which they commit on their employees.
