Název diplomové práce zní "Plánování, výroba a distribuce ve vybraném podniku." Cílem této práce je navrhnutí vhodných opatření, která by mohla být přínosem pro vybraný podnik. K naplnění cíle bylo zapotřebí zmapování situace ve vybraném podniku a porozumění fungování firmy jako celku. Diplomová práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Veškeré teoretické znalosti a informace byly čerpány z publikací, vztahujících se k problematice související s diplomovou prací. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu současné situace ve vybrané společnosti po dobu kalendářního roku 2015 v oblasti výroby, jejího plánování, využití existujících kapacit, materiálového a informačního toku, distribuce a vývoje nového produktu. V závěru praktické práce jsou doporučeny návrhy na zlepšení. The topic of this thesis is "Planning, production and distribution in selected company." The aim of this thesis was to recommend some suggestions which could lead to improvements in the selected company. This thesis is composed of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the contents of each chapter. This section was written on the basis of domestic and foreign literary sources. This work is focused on analysis of current situation in chosen company for the calendar year 2015 in section of production, planning, capacity utilization, material and information flow, distribution and new product development. At the end of the practical part are recommended the proposals for improvement.
