Cílem práce je tedy nejdříve, v první části, definovat, co to vlastně podpora exportu je, jakých používá nástrojů a jak je vnímána českými vládními představiteli. Zaměřím se v této části hlavně na činnost agentury Czechtrade. Představím její historii a hlavně aktuální situaci a vývoj sítě jejích zahraničních kanceláří, prostřednictvím kterých hlavně napomáhá českým exportérům v zahraničí. Ve druhé velké části pak budu chtít trochu zanalyzovat aktuální ekonomickou situaci Argentiny, popsat charakteristiky obchodního jednání a shrnout české obchodní aktivity v této zemi. Budu se tedy snažit zodpovědět otázky: Jsou proexportní aktivity českých politických představitelů odpovídající rostoucí důležitosti podpory exportu? Má Česká republika v Argentině šanci se svými výrobky i nadále uspět tak, jak tomu bylo v minulosti? A pokud ano, ve kterých odvětvích má zde nejsilnější pozici? A pokud se již nyní zdá, že se Argentina s novou politickou reprezentací se konečně vymaní z aktuální krize, nebylo rozhodnutí o zrušení kanceláře CzechTrade v Buenos Aires chybou? In this essay I firstly analyze and describe the structure and the functions of the czech institutions which help the czech companies with problems linked with exportations. In the second one I describe briefly the actual geographic, political and economic situation of the Argentinian Federation, and mention czech economic activities in this south-american country. I add some basic rules of negotiationing with the Argentinians, and describe the basic fields in which the czech companies might be successful.
