Dnešní prostředí informační společnosti přináší řadu změn. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit ty, kterými rozvoj internetu ovlivňuje podnikatelské příležitosti. Zásadní změny představuje globalizace a s ní související dopady na oblasti marketingu, strategického plánování, vedení evidence a managementu lidských zdrojů. Práce se dále zaměřuje na význam vzdělání, zkušeností a schopností a jejich vztah k podnikání, kde si klade otázku, zda současná doba přispěla k větší úspěšnosti podnikatelských záměrů. Různé úrovně znalostí a zkušeností spolu s informační gramotností jedinců ovlivňují využívání moderních informačních a komunikačních technologií pro formulování podnikatelských záměrů. Na reálných případech autor aplikuje teoretické poznatky a vysvětluje jednotlivé souvislosti, neboť se ukazuje, že neexistuje prokazatelný význam rozvoje internetu na úspěšnost podnikatelských záměrů. Today's environment of information society brings many changes. The main objective was to identify those changes which the development of the Internet affect business opportunities. A fundamental change is globalization and the related impact on marketing, strategic planning, record-keeping and human resource management. The thesis also focuses on the importance of education, experience and skills and their relationship to the business, which raises the question whether the current period has contributed to more successful business plans. Different levels of knowledge and experience, along with information literacy of individuals affect the use of modern information and communication technologies for formulating business plans. On real cases, the author applies theoretical knowledge and explains the context, because it shows that there is no demonstrable importance of Internet development to the success of business plans.
