Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci logistických procesů ve společnosti Vanad 2000 a.s. V této společnosti je zaměstnáno okolo padesáti zaměstnanců, z tohoto důvodu se firma řadí mezi malé společnosti. Oblast logistiky byla zvolena především proto, že v současné době hraje logistika velmi výraznou roli při odlišení se od konkurence a získání konkurenční výhody. V práci jsou popsány vybrané procesy, u kterých je navržena optimalizace. Tyto vybrané procesy jsou následně graficky znázorněny pomocí diagramu BPMN. Cílem práce je vhodně analyzovat vybrané procesy a navrhnout reálné řešení jejich optimalizace. The thesis focuses on optimization of logistics processes in the company Vanad 2000 a.s. This company employs about fifty employees. Company is included among small companies from this reason. The logistics was chosen mainly because logistics has important role nowadays. Logistics is the main point to be different from the other companies and to gain a competitive advantage. Selected processes are described in this thesis. At these processes is designed optimization. We can find selected processes which are determined for optimization in this thesis. These processes are graphically displayed using BPMN diagram in the next part. The aim of dissertation is properly analyze selected processes and suggest a real solution of their optimization
