Pro tuto teoreticko-praktickou práci je hlavním tématem mozaika a její techniky. V teoretické části práce je cílem seznámit čtenáře s touto technikou a problematikou. Práce se věnuje mozaice obecně, tedy mozaika je zde pojímána od definic nutných k přiblížení problematiky, přes techniky, historii, ale i náměty a celkový vývoj této tvorby. Historie mozaikové tvorby zaujímá největší prostor této práce. Opomenuta zde není ani česká mozaika a její vývoj, které se věnuje samostatná kapitola. Součástí teoretické části je stručné shrnutí využití mozaiky na školách. Praktická část práce bude věnována autorské tvorbě a vzorové hodině využívající mozaiku na základní škole. The main topic for this theoretic-practical thesis is mosaic and its techniques. The main goal in the theoretical part of the thesis is to introduce the readers with this technique and its issues. The thesis deals with mosaic in general, from understanding the definitions which are necessary to clarify the issue, over the techniques, history, but also suggestions and the overall evolution of this craft/art/creation. The history of mosaic occupies the largest part of the thesis. Neglected is neither the Czech mosaic and its development. The whole one chapter is dedicated to this theme. A part of the theoretical chapter is a brief summary of the use of mosaics at schools. The practical part of the thesis will be dedicated to authorial creation and a sample lesson using mosaic at elementary school.
