Tato práce se zaměřuje primárně na možnosti využití molekulárních markerů k identifikaci komodit podléhajícím úmluvě CITES. Nelegální obchod s těmito artikly je běžný i v České republice. Přehled nejvyužívanějších metod by mohl usnadnit boj s tímto druhem kriminality. Molekulární markery jsou ideální pro identifikaci druhu a jiných taxonomických jednotek, protože na rozdíl od morfologické identifikace nevyžadují neporušené vzorky. DNA lze získat z vysoce zpracovaných a degradovaných produktů, které se běžně vyskytují na trhu. This thesis is focused primarily on the possibilities of using molecular markers to identify the commodities subject to CITES. Illegal trade with these articles is common even in the Czech Republic. Overview the most used methods could facilitate the fight against this kind of crime. Molecular markers are ideal for the identification of species and other taxonomic units, because unlike the morphological identification does not require intact specimens. DNA can be extracted from highly processed and degraded products which are commonly found on the market.
