Ligninolytic fungal cultures used for degradation of different organopollutants were characterized and their extracellular enzyme levels correlated with biodegradation rates. Better correlation could be observed in liquid media cultures compared to the cultures grown on solid substrates. Byly charakterizovány kultury ligninolytických hub používané pro biodegradaci různých typů organopolutantů a korelovány aktivity extracelullárních enzymů s biodegradačními parametry kultur. Korelace byly mnohem přesvědčivější u kultur rostoucích na tekutých mediích, ve srovnání s kulturami rostoucími na pevných susbtrátech.
