Activities of extracellular enzymes in the cultures of ligninolytic fungi degrading different organopollutants were compared. These activities were compared with biodegradation rates and it was found that correlations are much better on solid than in liquid medium. Ve studii byly porovnávány aktivity extracellulárních enzymů v kulturách ligninolytických hub degradujících různé typy organopolutantů. Tyto aktivity byly korelovány s biodegradačními rychlostmi přičemž bylo zjištěno, že korelace jsou mnohem lepší v kulturách na tekutém mediu v porovnání s kultivací na pevném substrátu.
