Unwanted side effect of anticancer treatment could be eliminated by affinity therapy. It is necessary to find targeting system which deliver drugs specifically to tumor site. Polymeric conjugates based on N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide are new generation polymeric anti-cancer drugs with enhanced cytostatic activity, but minimalized unwanted side effects. Nežádoucí vedlejší účinky protinádorové léčby je možné eliminovat využitím afinitní terapie. Je třeba nalézt takový směrovací systém, který by zajistil účinek léčiva pouze v místě nádorového bujení a zdravou tkáň by nepoškodil. Polymerní konjugáty na bázi N-(2-hydroxypropyl)metakrylamidu představují novou generaci polymerních protinádorových léčiv se silným protinádorovým potenciálem a podstatně sníženou nežádoucí toxicitou.
