Tato magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá procesem tvůrčího i osobnostního růstu a zkoumáním jejich prolínání. Prochází postupně od asociací, přes tematické úvahy až k reflexím konkrétních setkání, spoluprací na divadelních představeních a dalších projektech, jichž jsem se herecky účastnila. Skrze nezodpovězené otázky, které si v ní kladu, si neustále připomínám, že herecký proces je věčné hledání, které však nemusí a dle mého by nemělo, být pouze slepým potácením se neznámem. Snažím se tedy v práci artikulovat to, co v sobě a tvůrčím procesu jako herec rozpoznávat mohu a systematicky se tak rozvíjet ve své profesi. Jak prací na sobě samém, tak spoluprací v kolektivu. Zpětnou vazbu považuji za nutný krok k profesionalitě a přínosný krok k posouvání osobních hranic. V závěru práce je pak zařazena reflexe mého studijního pobytu na portugalské škole Instituto Politécnico de Lisboa ? Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema. In this master thesis, creative process and the process of personal growth and their fusion are dealt with. The thesis is opened with associations and continued with thematic exploration up to reflections upon specific encounters and cooperation on theatre performances and other project that I have participated in as an actress. Through the unanswered questions posed in this thesis I constantly remind myself of the fact that acting is a process of constant searching, which, however, does not need to resemble blind stumbling through the unknown and in fact, in my opinion, it should not. In my work, I try to articulate what I have been able to uncover about myself and the creative process as an actress and so develop systematically in my profession, both through work on myself and within a group. I consider feedback to be a necessary step towards professionalism and an important contribution for shifting personal limits. This thesis is concluded with a reflection of my internship at the Portuguese Instituto Politécnico de Lisboa ? Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema.
