Tento dokument se zabývá metodou práce předního českého hudebního režiséra Jiřího Gemrota. Zkoumá, jakým způsobem tato osobnost řeší jednotlivé problematiky oboru hudební režie. Těmito problematikami jsou například: vedení režisérského zápisu, práce s interprety, spolupráce se zvukovým mistrem, tvorba nahrávky apod. The thesis aims at the method of work of the leading Czech music director, Jiri Gemrot. It investigates the ways that are used by this personage for solving particular issues of the field of music direction, such as keeping of the directorial record, work with performers, cooperation wit sound engineer, and the like
