Cílem diplomové práce je přiblížit fungování raně novověkých moravských hrdelních soudů na příkladu konkrétních kauz zmíněného vrchnostenského městečka. Práce je rozdělena na několik částí. Nejprve představuje Křižanovské panství a samotné městečko v 17. a první polovině 18. století. Dále se věnuje vývoji hrdelního soudnictví na Moravě. Stěžejní jsou kapitoly pojednávající přímo o křižanovském hrdelním soudu a vybraných případech, které tento soud vyšetřoval. Nejvíce prostoru je pak věnováno mravnostním deliktům. Práci uzavírá příběh znásilněné děvečky z křižanovské fary, který vyústil v konflikt s farářem Bartolomějem Nedovaleným. Vše je doplňuje seznam použitých pramenů a literatury. Součástí práce je také obrazová příloha. The aim of this thesis is to describe how the early modern moravian capital jurisdiction worked. For illustration it takes particular cases. The thesis is divided into several main chapters. At first, the domain of Křižanov and the town Křižanov in the 17th and in the first half of the 18th century is described. Afterwards the thesis is being focused on development of capital jurisdiction in Moravia. Crucial captures present particuar cases of capital juristiction in Křižanov and especially sexual offences. The last chapter tells the story about a maid who was raped in a presbytery. As a result of this act was a conflict between representatives of the town Křižanov and Bartoloměj Nedovalený, the priest. The thesis is followed by the list of sources and bibliography. Visual materials are listed in the annexe.
