[slo][cze][eng] Dňa 1.1.2014 nadobudol účinnosť zákon č. 89/2012 Sb., alebo nový občiansky zákonník. V rámci rekodifikácie českého súkromného práva je považovaný za najvýznamnejší právny predpis. Moja bakalárska práca Náhrada majetkovej a nemajetkovej ujmy podľa nového občianskeho zákonníka vyzdvihuje najdôležitejšie zmeny a dopady, ktoré nový občiansky zákonník priniesol v postavení poškodenej osoby, poukazuje na nové prípady vzniku škody alebo ujmy a rovnako aj na nové spôsoby náhrady.Dňa 1.1.2014 nadobudol účinnosť zákon č. 89/2012 Sb., alebo nový občiansky zákonník. V rámci rekodifikácie českého súkromného práva je považovaný za najvýznamnejší právny predpis. Moja bakalárska práca Náhrada majetkovej a nemajetkovej ujmy podľa nového občianskeho zákonníka vyzdvihuje najdôležitejšie zmeny a dopady, ktoré nový občiansky zákonník priniesol v postavení poškodenej osoby, poukazuje na nové prípady vzniku škody alebo ujmy a rovnako aj na nové spôsoby náhrady.On the 1st January 2014 came into force the Act no. 89/2012 of Collection of Laws., or the new Civil Code. In the recodification of Czech private law it is considered to be the most important piece of legislation. My bachelor thesis Compensation for material and non-material damage under the new Civil Code highlights the most important changes and impacts that a new Civil Code brought in the position of the victim, points to new cases of damage or injury, as well as new ways of compensation.
