Bakalářská práce na téma Použití metod řízení projektů pro založení mezinárodní školy v ČR Projekt AGBS se zabývá teoretickou i praktickou stránkou řízení projektů. V teoretické části jsou popsány a vysvětleny základní pojmy projektového řízení. V úvodu praktické části je nastíněn reálný řešený projekt. Dále jsou rozepsány jeho jednotlivé fáze a znázorněn Ganttův diagram s kritickou cestou. Za pomoci MS Project byla provedena analýza času, zdrojů a nákladů. V závěru byla provedena i analýza rizika a vyhodnocení projektu. The bachelor thesis entitled Using methods of project management for the Foundation of the International School in the Czech Republic -Project AGBS deals with theoretical and practicalaspects of project management. In the theoretical part, basic concepts and methods are explained. In the introduction of practical part, the real project is described. The next part is a description of the specific phases and the schedule. Further, the project timeline is shown in Gantt chart with critical path. Analysis of time, sources and cost analysis was carried out through using MS Project. In the conclusion, risks, threats and evaluation of the project are described.
