[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce se hodlá zabývat teoretickou i aplikovanou stránkou řízení projektů. V první, teoretické, části budou postupně popsány základní metody a principy využívající se v tomto oboru, jakožto i základní teorie, nutná k správnému pochopení problematiky včetně teorie vícekriteriálního rozhodování. Dále pak bude nastíněno fungování počítačového programu Microsoft Project, který je dnes již standartním nástrojem využívajícím se při projektovém managementu a kterého bude v této práci využito v druhé, praktické části, která se bude zabývat aplikací metod řízení projektů při plánovaném otevření pobočky prodejen zdravé výživy a potravinových doplňků, kdy našim cílem bude porovnat možné varianty projektu a získat ucelenou představu převážně o časové a investiční náročnosti takovéhoto projektu, o rizicích s ním spojených a dále pak získat přehlednou vizualizaci časového harmonogramu činností v podobě ganttova diagramu.This bachelor thesis intends to deal with theoretical and applied aspects of project management. The first, theoretical part will describe the basic principles and methods which are used in the field, as well as the basic theory necessary for a proper understanding of the issues, including the theory of multi-criteria decision analysis. Then functioning of a computer program, Microsoft Project, will by described. It is now a standard tool used in project management and it will be used in the second part, which will deal with applications of project management for the planned opening of a branch of stores with health food and dietary supplements, when our aim will be to compare possible variants of the project and obtain a full picture on time and investment demands of such a project, on the risks associated with it and then get a clear visualization of the timetable of activities as a Gantt chart.
