Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na studenty vysokých škol s ekonomickým zaměřením a jejich aktivitě na trhu práce. V první části práce, která je teoretická, jsou vysvětleny základní potřebné pojmy související právě s touto problematikou. Nedílnou součástí jsou i pracovněprávní vztahy, se kterými se můžeme setkat. Za zajímavost lze považovat krátkou interpretaci Gerdnerovy teorie vícenásobné inteligence. Praktická část práce je rozdělena do dvou dílčích průzkumů. První z nich byl proveden na základě dotazníkového šetření mezi studenty a druhý z nich byl postaven na základě slovních otázek a odpovědí z pohledu společností, tedy jak přistupují konkrétní zaměstnavatelé ke studentům na trhu práce. Cílem této práce je zanalyzovat současnou situaci potenciálních pracovních příležitostí a především samotnou iniciativu studenta pracovat již při studiu. Na základě zjištěných faktů navrhnout náměty pro lepší uplatnění studentů na trhu práce. This work focuses on the university students and their activity in the labour market. Especially for those with an economic focus. The first part of the thesis is the theory, where the basic concepts that are related to this issue are explained. An integral part of the outlines and labour relations, which we can encounter. In addition, the short Gerdner interpretation of the theory of multiple intelligence can be considered. The practical part is divided into two sub-surveys. The first of these is examined on the basis of a questionnaire survey among students and one of them was built on the basis of verbal questions and answers from the perspective of the company and thus how they handle specific employers to students in the labour market. The aim of this study is to analyse the current situation of potential job opportunities and especially the initiative itself student working at the time of the study.
