Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou regulací hazardního hraní v souvislosti s novelou zákona o loteriích a jiných podobných hrách. Teoretická část obsahuje stručné vysvětlení nejdůležitějších pojmů, vývoj legislativní úpravy a upozorňuje na problémy související s hazardem. Velkou část praktické části tvoří dotazníkové šetření a interpretování jeho výsledků. Dále je v praktické části provedena cost-benefit analýza, která je zaměřená především na regulace týkající technických herních zařízení a snížení počtu problémových a patologických hráčů. Cílem práce je analyzovat jednotlivé regulace a využít výsledky dotazníku k doporučením ohledně regulací. Závěr je doplněn o návrhy pro zlepšení některých opatření. The final thesis deals with the regulation of gambling in connection with the amendment of the law on lotteries and other similar games. The theoretical part contains a brief explanation of the key terms, the development of the legislation and points out the problems associated with gambling. A large portion of the practical part consists of a survey and an interpretation of the survey results. Furthermore, the practical part has a cost-benefit analysis which is focused mainly on the regulation of technical gambling facilities and on reducing the number of problematic and pathological gamblers. The goal of this thesis is to analyze individual regulations and use the survey results for suggestions regarding the regulations. In the conclusion are incorporated suggestions for the improvement of certain regulations.
