Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním a zhodnocením podnikatelského záměru v oblasti služeb. Cílem této práce je vyhodnotit reálnost a budoucí ziskovost podnikatelského plánu s uvážením na současnou konkurenci na trhu. První část popisuje metodický aparát, který byl využit pro posouzení a zpracování podnikatelského záměru. Druhá část je praktická a popisuje, jakým způsobem aplikujeme teorii v praxi. Bude se zabývat sestavením zakladatelského rozpočtu podnikatelského plánu a finančních výkazů. V poslední části práce byl kladen důraz na vytyčení hrozeb a jejich opatření. This thesis deals with the processing and evaluation of business plans in services. The aim of this study is to evaluate the feasibility and future profitability of the business plan taking into account the current market competition. The first part describes the methodological apparatus that was used for the assessment and treatment of the business plan. The second part is practical and describes how to apply the theory in practice. It will discuss the founding assembly of the budget of a business plan and financial statements. In the last part, the emphasis was on identifying threats and actions.
