V této diplomové práci se budu zabývat možnostmi, jakými mohou praktičtí lékaři prodat své praxe. Nejprve v práci zmíním obecné předpoklady, jež se týkají ukončení podnikání, a dále specifika oceňovací, právní a daňové problémy, které mohou praktické lékaře při převodu praxe potkat. V následující praktické části se budu zabývat dopady na konkrétního lékaře při uvážení všech možností zmíněných v teoretické části. In this master thesis I discuss the possibilities how General Practitioners can sell their medical practices. First of all I will mention assumptions relating to the termination of the business as well as the specifics of valuation, legal and tax issues that may General Practitioners meet in the transfer of their medical practices. In the following part I will deal with the effects of taking into account all possibilities mentioned in the theoretical part.
