Diplomová práce si klade za cíl evaluovat současnou koncepci financování sportu v České republice a navrhuje dílčí opatření, která by vedla k jejímu vylepšení. Tato opatření jsou navrhována na základě analýzy současného systému podpory sportu v České republice, Slovenské republice, Rakousku a Francii. Dále při navrhování vhodných opatření je brán zřetel na názory patnácti zástupců sportovní obce, s kterými byly vedeny řízené rozhovory a na názory občanů ČR, které byly zjištěny v rámci dotazníkového šetření na vzorku 150 osob. Výsledkem šetření je návrh na možnost jednoprocentní asignace daně, zavedení centrálního registru sportovišť a sportovců, ustálení struktury dotačních programů a upravení systému využívání výnosů ze zdanění hazardů pro obce. This thesis aims to evaluate the current concepts of sports funding in the Czech Republic and proposes partial measures that would lead to its improvement. These measures are proposed on the basis of an analysis of the current system of support sport in the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Austria and France. Furthermore, when designing appropriate measures are taken into account the views of fifteen representatives of the sports community, with which were conducted structured interviews and opinions of Czech citizens, which were identified in the questionnaire survey on a sample of 150 people. The result of the investigation is the proposal to the possibility of a one percent tax assignation, the establishment of a central register of sports and athletes, stabilize the structure of grant programs and customize the system using revenues from the taxation of gambling for municipalities.
