Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem projektu, týkajícího se zavedení CRM systému ve společnosti s využitím metodik projektového managementu. Firma, na kterou se bude projekt aplikovat, vyniká v oblasti průmyslové automatizace. This master´s thesis describes the design of the project concerning the introduction of CRM system in the company using project management methodologies. The company, to which the project will be applied, excels in industrial automatization.
