Daňové příjmy obcí tvoří zhruba polovinu jejich celkových příjmů a jsou tak jedním z nejvýznamnějších zdrojů obecních rozpočtů. Značně ovlivňují hospodaření obcí. Cílem diplomové práce je vytyčit hlavní východiska a principy rozpočtového určení daní na vývoji rozpočtového určení daní v České republice od roku 1993, kdy vznikla nová daňová soustava a byla tak nutnost upravit i systém rozpočtového určení daní. Práce je zaměřena na novelu roku 2013, důvody jejího vzniku a posouzení jejích dopadů. Součástí je analýza vývoje daňových příjmů, která zdůrazňuje jejich významnost, zejména pak daň z přidané hodnoty. The work is focused on the novella of 2013, the reasons for its creation and its Impact assessment. The thesis includes analysis of the development of tax revenues, which indicates their importance, especially value added tax.
