Předmětem diplomové práce Postavení žen na trhu práce je zhodnotit postavení žen na českém trhu práce a formulovat doporučení ke zlepšení. Teoretická část představuje literární přehled základních pojmů o dané problematice, především vymezení pojmů gender, genderové stereotypy, diskriminace, rozdíly v odměňování žen a mužů. V druhé části práce jsou pak příslušná data zanalyzována protřednictvím statistických údajů. The subject of this thesis Position of women in the labour market is to describe the status of women in the Czech labour market and formulate reccomendations for improvement. The theoretical part presents literary overview of basic concepts about issues, especially the definition of basic terms of gender, gender segregation, discrimination, gender pay gap between men and women. In the second part are the relevant data analyzed by statistical data.
