Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je analýza přeshraniční spolupráce mezi vybraným státem (Rakousko) a členskými státy EU. Teoretická část je věnována studiu, sběru dat a následné analýzy literárních zdrojů v oblasti přeshraniční spolupráce s důrazem na regionální politiku Evropské unie. Obecně je v této části vymezena problematika související s přeshraniční spoluprací (např. pojem přeshraniční spolupráce, programový rámec, cíle atd.)v programovém období 2007 2013 a 2014 2020. Praktická část je zaměřena na jednotlivé operační programy INTERREG IV vztahující se přímo k dané oblasti. Tato část spočívá v komplexní charakteristice jednotlivých operačních programů (silné a slabé stránky, prioritní osy, finanční alokace). Následně je též provedena analýza operačních programů INTERREG V. Poslední praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu vybraných zrealizovaných úspěšných projektů, které odpovídají programovému období 2007-2013 přímo se vztahující k dané oblasti a byly financovány z operačního programu INTERREG IV. Závěrem práce jsou navržena doporučení pro zlepšení stávající situace, a to z pohledu nového programového období 2014-2020. The main topic of the Bachelor thesis is the analysis of cross-border cooperation between the selected state (Austria) and the EU Member States. The theoretical part is devoted to the study, collection of data and subsequent analysis of literary sources in the field of cross-border cooperation, with an emphasis on regional policy of the European Union. In General, this section defined the issues related to cross-border cooperation (e.g. the concept of cross-border cooperation, program framework, objectives, etc.) in the programming period 2007-2013 and 2014 2020. The practical part is focused on individual operational programmes INTERREG IV relating directly to the area. This section lies in the complex characteristics of the individual operational programmes (strengths and weaknesses, the priority axis, the financial allocation). Subsequently, it is also carried out an analysis of the operational programmes for INTERREG V. The last practical part is focused on the analysis of selected realized successful projects, which correspond to the programming period 2007-2013 is directly related to the area and were funded from the operational program INTERREG IV. From the conclusion of work are proposed recommendations for improving the current situation, and it's from the perspective of the new programming period 2014-2020.
