Česká společnost prochází v posledních desetiletích velkými změnami, počínaje politickými, společenskými až po sociální. Dochází ke změnám legislativy, na trh vstupuje soukromé podnikání a zahraniční společnosti, mění se struktura odvětví, je poptávka po nových profesích. To vyžaduje změny ve vzdělávacím systému, zanikají některé firmy a objevuje se nezaměstnanost a další nové sociální jevy. Pro mou práci jsou důležité změny týkající se rodin, dětí a práce. Chci poukázat, jak je čím dál tím těžší skloubit pracovní a rodinný život za současných možností na trhu práce, ekonomickou náročností, při nedostatku předškolních zařízení. Dochází ke změnám v postoji k rodině, k tradicím, ke vnímání světa. Mění se demografický vývoj, posouvá se hranice pro zakládání rodin, člověk se více zaměřuje na osobní užitek a zázemí. Klade se důraz na dosažené vzdělání, na budování profesní kariéry. Pojem genderu se stává součástí našich životů a zasahuje do tradičního rozdělení rolí v naší společnosti. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak se rodiny s těmito překážkami v jejich rodinném životě vyrovnávají a ukázat, které problémy je nejvíce zatěžují. In recent decades, Czech society is undergoing major changes, mainly political and social. There are changes in legislation, private business and foreign companies enter the market. The structure of the industry is changing, there is demand for new professions. This requires changes in the education system, some companies disappear, unemployment rises and new social phenomena appear. This thesis focuses on important changes relating to families, children and work. I want to point out how it is increasingly difficult to reconcile work and family life with current opportunities in the job market, economic difficulties and lack of childcare facilities. There are changes in the attitude towards family, traditions and the perception of the world. The demography is changing, the age to start the family is shifting; people focuse more on personal benefits and safety. Emphasis is put on achieved education, building a professional career. The problematic of gender becomes part of our lives and affects the traditional distribution of roles in our society. The aim of this theses is to find how families overcome these obstacles in their lives and to show which problems bring the greatest burden on them.
