[cze][eng] Teoretická část je rozdělena na pět částí. V první se soustředíme na pojem zdraví - vymezujeme definici zdraví, která se neustále měnila, a charakterizujeme i čtyři různé náhledy na pojem zdraví. V druhé části vysvětlíme pojem nemoc, rozebíráme nemoc jako zátěž a postoje zdravotníka a nemocného k nemoci. Ve třetí části je charakterizován pacient, jeho role, osobnostní vlastnosti a jeho změny v prožívání a chování v nemoci. Čtvrtá část se zabývá zdravotníkem samotným. Popisuje roli lékaře, sestry a následně zdravotníka v roli pacienta. Pátá poslední část je věnována hospitalizaci. Je zde charakterizován vztah mezi pacientem a zdravotníkem během hospitalizace, s tím souvisí i vysvětlení důležitosti rozhovoru a jeho významu při hospitalizaci. Poslední podkapitolou této části je adaptace na nemocniční prostředí, která uzavírá teoretickou část bakalářské práce.Cílem práce bylo: 1. zjistit pohled na vlastní prožitou hospitalizaci, 2. zjistit, jak zdravotníka hospitalizace ovlivnila po osobní stránce, 3. zjistit, zda zdravotníka hospitalizace ovlivnila pro jeho další výkon v jeho povolání. Výzkumná část bakalářské práce byla zpracována metodou kvalitativního šetření. Pro sběr dat byla použita metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Každá respondentka byla na začátku rozhovoru seznámena s tím, že bude zachována její anonymita a veškeré získané informace budou použity jen pro potřeby této bakalářské práce. Výzkumné šetření probíhalo v soukromém prostředí respondentek v období. Z výzkumného šetření vyplynulo, že v prožití hospitalizace je určitý rozdíl mezi zdravotníkem v roli pacienta a "obyčejným" pacientem. Zdravotník v roli pacienta má větší či vyšší očekávání například při ošetřovatelské péči nebo podávání informací o svém zdravotním stavu. Je to dáno jejich zdravotním vzděláním. Na druhou stranu se ale ukázalo, že toto vzdělání jim svým způsobem brání přijmout roli obyčejného pacienta a více se ptát. Můžeme tedy říci, že zdravotník-pacient je svým způsobem pro zdravotnický personál opravdu náročný klient. Z našeho šetření tedy vyplynulo, že nelze jednoznačně říci, že by profesní vzdělání mělo zásadní vliv na poskytování informací o zdravotním stavu. Dále na základě výzkumného šetření bylo zjištěno, že s atraktivitou a vybaveností oddělení neměly respondentky problém. Jako negativum bylo zjištěno brzké ranní buzení v rámci měření teplot.Z výzkumného šetření bylo zjištěno, že v oblasti zajišťování a poskytování dopomoci v úkonech sebepéče byl personál velice vstřícný, pozorný, milý, "nikdy neměl problém". Dalším úkolem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jak zdravotníka-pacienta ovlivnila hospitalizace po osobní stránce jakým způsobem se mění postoj zdravotníka v profesionálním přístupu k pacientovi po osobní zkušenosti v roli pacienta a jakým způsobem využije zdravotník nabyté zkušenosti z hospitalizace ve své profesi. Naše výsledky ukazují, že respondentky se snaží zamýšlet nad prožitými zkušenostmi z hospitalizace. Z šetření vyplynulo, že respondentky mění svůj přístup nejčastěji na základě setkání s neprofesionálním chováním od zdravotnického personálu. Přesto naše šetření ukázalo, že se devět respondentek dokázalo nejen zamyslet nad svými profesionálními pochybeními, ale dokázaly i negativní zkušenosti ze své hospitalizace využít k rozvoji a ke zlepšení výkonu ve svém povolání. Tato bakalářská práce poskytla pohled zdravotníka v roli pacienta na chování zdravotníků a jejich ošetřovatelský přístup k pacientovi během hospitalizace. Protože výsledky výzkumného šetření nejvíce ukázaly, že respondentky měly největší problém se získáváním a podáváním informací, navrhujeme seminář zaměřený na téma, jak se naučit správně komunikovat.The theoretical part is divided into five further parts. The first part is focused on the concept of health, definition of health which was constantly changing and also characterization of four various views on the concept of health. The second part will explain the concept of disease, the burden of disease and nurse's and patient's attitudes toward the disease will be discussed. The third part contains characteristics of the patient, their role, personal qualities and their shift in how they experience of the disease and how they act. The fourth part is focused on the nurse as such. It describes the role of doctor, nurse and care worker in patient's position. The fifth and last part is dedicated to hospitalization. Here we can find relationship between a patient and a nurse in hospitalization. This goes with explaining the importance of conversation and its role during hospitalization. The last sub-chapter of this part covers adaptation to the hospital environment and concludes the theoretical part of this thesis.The aim of this work was to 1. Find out about the view of one's own experienced hospitalization. 2. Find out how nurse's personal qualities have been affected by hospitalization. 3. Find out whether the hospitalization has affected their further job performance.The research part of this thesis was carried out using the method of qualitative survey. Data were collected with the help of semi structured interview.In the beginning of the interview, each respondent was assured that her identity will remain anonymous and that all the information acquired will be used only for this bachelor thesis.The survey was carried out in the respondents' privacy.The research showed that hospitalization experience is different between nurses in the role of patient and "ordinary" patients.Nurses as patients have higher expectations for example towards nursing service or providing information on their health condition. That is given by their medical background. On the other hand, it turns out that their education prevents them from embracing the role of patient and ask more questions.We can therefore say that the nurse/patient is in a way a really demanding client for the medical staff. The research has revealed that it cannot be definitely stated that medical education has significant influence on providing information on health condition. The research has further shown that respondents had no issues with attractiveness and equipment of the department. Early waking up for taking the patients temperature was perceived as negative.The research shown that, in terms of providing assistance in self-care, the personnel was very helpful, attentive, kind and saw "no issues".Further part of the research investigation was to determine how the health nurse/patient's hospitalization affected them on a personal level. What changes affect the nurse's professional attitude towards the patient after having personal experience as a patient and how they will use the experience in their professional performance. The results show that the respondents are trying to contemplate on their hospitalization experience. The results have also shown that the respondents tend to change their attitude mostly on the basis of unprofessional attitude on the part of medical personnel.In spite of this fact, nine respondents managed not only to think about their professional weaknesses but were also able to make use of the negative hospitalization experience for further development and improvement as for their professional performance. This thesis provides an insight of a nurse in the role of patient in hospitalization focused on the behaviour of nurses and their carer's approach towards patients.As the results have shown that the most problematic part was obtaining and providing information, I propose a seminar focused on the topic of how to learn relevant communication skills.
