Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá změnami souvisejícími se schválením důchodové reformy. V první části je popsán demografický vývoji a tedy důvody k soukromému spoření a popis fungování penzijního připojištění před změnami, do 1. 1. 2013, jediného státem podporovaného spoření určeného na důchod. V druhé části jsou analyzovány jak změny týkající se původního spoření tak zavedení nových produktů, jejich rozebrání a následné zhodnocení jejich výhod a nevýhod. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny důvody pro důchodovou reformu a doporučení pro občany České republiky. This bachelor thesis deals with the changes related to the approval of the pension reform. The first part describes the demographic development, reasons for private savings and description of the functioning of pension compared to changes valid from 1st January of 2013, an only one state-supported retirement savings. The second section describes changes on the initial savings and the introduction of new products, disassembling and subsequent evaluation of their advantages and disadvantages. Concluding, the main reasons are evaluated for pension reform and recommendations for citizens of the Czech Republic.
